At Sole Lab, we strive to maintain accurate inventory across all sneakers and apparel listed on our website. However, in rare situations of stock discrepancies, we reserve the right to:
Fulfil the available product
Offer you the option to wait for restock
Provide an alternative size (subject to availability)
Suggest a different product of equal or higher value
Issue store credit for the billed amount

SHIPPING, ORDER & DELIVERY
All Sole Lab orders are shipped from our operational warehouses based on availability and logistics efficiency. Our primary warehouse is located in New Delhi, India.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days
Some products may be available on a pre-order basis. Estimated delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product and checkout pages. Please review these before placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Sole Lab is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
Deliveries are attempted twice by courier partners. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (depending on courier operations)
Our warehouse operates 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Closed on Sundays & national holidays

DELAYS & LIABILITY
While we aim for timely delivery, any delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control. We will always try to expedite shipments, but Sole Lab cannot be held liable once the order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at mysolelab@gmail.com. Our support team will assist you with a resolution.
