Refund policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

(Applicable to all purchases made on solelab.in)

1. Cancellation by Solelab

Solelab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Orders may be cancelled in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product being out of stock or unavailable

Errors in pricing, product description, or technical details

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Payment verification issues

In such cases, if payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Customer

No Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed on solelab.in, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Applicable Products:
This policy applies to Sneakers, Apparel, Streetwear, Bags, Eyewear, Watches, Accessories, and all other items listed on the website.

 

3. Refund Policy

Solelab follows a strict non-returnable and non-refundable policy. Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Product received with a manufacturing defect

Item damaged during transit

Missing product(s) from the shipment

Incorrect product delivered

Refund Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded and shared as proof.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photos/videos must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

The item must pass Solelab’s quality inspection and fraud verification process after return.

Once the claim is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

4. Replacement & Exchange Policy

Solelab does not offer size exchanges or product swaps.

Replacements are permitted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

Replacement Process

Reporting Timeline: The issue must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

Proof Required: A clear unboxing video clearly showing the defect or issue.

Once the claim is verified, Solelab will arrange reverse pickup of the defective item. A replacement will be dispatched after successful inspection.

5. Important Terms

No returns or refunds will be accepted if an incorrect size or product was ordered by the customer.

Products will not be eligible for return due to improper handling, misuse, or incorrect application by the customer.

Solelab reserves the absolute right to make the final decision on all refund, replacement, and cancellation requests.
